  • Catalogs EE improvement projects by tenants (e.g., compressor upgrade, lighting retrofit), including savings achieved.

Demand Response Management (DRM)

  • Coordinates DR participation across tenants to avoid peak demand charges and grid instability.

Smart Grid Integration Module

  • Enables load shifting, renewable prioritization, and storage optimization within industrial microgrids.

Industrial Symbiosis Dashboard

  • Maps energy and material exchanges between tenants—e.g., steam or by-product sharing—to visualize EIP value chains.

Compliance & Certification Tracker

  • Tracks each tenant’s energy audit, ISO 50001 status, and EECA/LCCF-related reporting timelines.
